After suffering two serious hamstring tears at the start of her professional dance career, it was through Pilates that Lydia began to re-train and learn how to move in a healthy way for health, strength and longevity. Through this transformative experience, Lydia learned by training intentionally with functionality at the base, she could improve her body’s movement potential and help eliminate pain and residual inflammation while strengthening her body to age well, for life.

With no two classes ever the exact same, Lydia is know for her energy, creativity and educated motivating approach to teaching.
Integrating her experience in the health & wellness industry and pulling from her wide range of 17+ years of teaching fitness, Pilates, Barre, TRX, spin, stretch and dance, Lydia effectively utilizes a broad range of fitness disciplines to deliver classes that are engaging, challenging and focused.
